While replacing spark plugs on 1997 Honda accord, Replacing NGK's with NGK's, one plug snapped from just where the threads begin, half the plug is still screwed in, but no way to remove.?

Can I use a special bit to remove, if so what are the precautions I must take to do it right?

Did you break it off so that the piece you got out includes the 5/8 inch nut as part of the base? If so, there is just this suggestion from me. Take off the valve cover and this gives you more room to work. Drill a whole through the plug and use an ez out that you can purchase from a hardware store. Select one that is big enough to do the job. They come in a variety of sizes.
