ac/heater blower

I have a 1991 Honda Accord that has a blower that is not blowing. I have checked the fuses and none are blown. the panel controls seem to be working but the fan will not come on. is there and easy way to touble shoot the motor?

Those motors are a rare failure. The higher failure is the blower motor resistor. You can check the blower motor by removeing the plug and applying 12V across the terminals. If it spins it's OK.
