2005 Honda Accord Emissions trouble

I have a 2005 Honda Accord: 15,300 miles. I stopped and filled up the gas then drove approx. 30 miles. When I stopped at the mail box the car ran really rough and the engine (emissions) light came on. I pulled into the carport, still running really bad, and turned the car off. Checked the gas cap, the oil is ok (just changed) and everythig else looks to be ok. Now the car won't turn over, just one click and nothing. The exaust smelled bad when I parked it. Not running hot. Could it be bad gas, O2 sencer, or cat. Converter? Should I have it brought to the dealer since it is still under warranty or is there a simple fix? What to do?

Has been picked up and brought to the shop. The starter went out and the mech. Had to order a new one. Then he will be able to check the rest of the car.
