2004 Honda Accord Power door locks

On our Honda accord one door lock doesn't lock or pop up with the remote. The passenger side door plunger doesn't want to pop up. Have to reach over and pull it up. Also you have to push it down manually to lock. Tried lubricateing it from the top but that didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like the lock actuator has failed, test the circuit before replacement.

It's been known to work but very rarely. Maybe acts like it sticks. How do you test the actuator?Have to remove the door panel? If it works, it sometimes works halfway too.
