2004 Honda Accord passenger door lock

2004 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 120000 miles

My passenger door stopped opening and locking when I use the kep pad and the panel inside the car. What would cause this to happen? What do I need in order to repair this issue.

My signal arrows fade in and out sometimes when I use them, almost as if they are shortening out. What do I need to do in order to repair this issue as well.
