Hello,
After you remove the caliper and the bracket. You will have to remove those two screws at the center hub of the rotor. Then it will come out. It is not a pressed-on rotor.
After removal of the screws, you might have to use a hammer or mallet to tap on the rotor to break it loose from the hub.
