I have a 2003 Accord with roughly 86,000 miles. I replaced both the front pads and rotors at approximately 78000 miles. I just had the tires replaced within the last month also. I know the tires are not the reason. Everything was working great until about 2 months ago. When I brake from speeds of 60-65 mph to around 45 mph I get a little vibration in the steering wheel. I called the Honda dealer and they said that my rotors might have some warping. Would that be the cause of the vibrations or could there be other reasons? What is the solution to the warping? Do I need to have them turned?

Hi there,

Brake rotors absorb an enormous amount of heat and are prone to distorting, a light re facing will normally fix the problem.
