1997 Honda Accord water in the oil

My car had a cracked radiator, so some friends changed it out. My car ran hot again, and the radiator was empty but no water was on the ground. I checked the oil, and a lot of water was mixed in. Think I have a blown head gasket or crack in block, do you have any suggestions or comments on the repair of this?

Better hope its just the headgasket-get the head magnafluxed and checked for warpage. Make sure you drop the oil pan and clean up that mess on the pick-up screen-
