No Tail lights dash illumination lights and headlights

Did you check fuse 32-- 15 amp, under hood fuse box? Also, use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit to see if the circuit is hot. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage, the circuit is bad. If that checks out, I would have to check the feed to and from the headlamp switch. The red wire with black tracer carries voltage for tail lamps probably for dash lights also, I just looked at it and cannot remember about the dash.
