Shakes or Wobbles problem
1995 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

K I'll try to be short. Had my car fixed, brakes, then axle, the well bearing after axle repair because of the noise, car shakes, vibration is felt on the pedals, bother when accelerating and braking, have taken car back twice, brakes were replaced, tires balanced,
two times now, I am to go back tomorrow, I don't know what to do. Please help if you can, I would greatly appreciate it. Also can someone explain why a wheel bearing has to be sent to a machine shop.

Hi Mia,

When installing the bearings onto the knuckle, it has to be bench pressed so if the shop does not have any press machine, the machine shop is the place to send it.

If the vibration is felt during acceleration, it could be due to loose steering linkages, bad control arms and joints.

If vibration is felt during braking and felt at pedal, the rotors are bad.
