Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter, fuel pick-up sock and fuel pump

I can hear the fuel pump kick on when I turn the key to the on position but it just wont turn over?

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge then report back with the readings we start here.

Just bcuz it comes on it doesn't mean its producing the correct fuel pressure-you need to check with a gauge-EFI don't like low fuel pressure
