1993 Honda Accord while driving

I have white smoke coming out my muffler and my car fails to accelerate when driving it dosent want to go when I push the gas all the way to the floor my spark plugs always pop out. What is going on with my car?

Hi jecku,

Do you have issues with coolant losses and overheating? If yes, the white smoke could nmean a bad head gasket.

Plugs popping out means they are not correctly torqued or the threads are bad.

Is the Check Engine Light showing?
What had been done prior to this happening?
