1992 Honda Accord RPM Jumps

My Honda has been jumping back and forth from 1,000 to 1,500 rpms. I have tried replacing the full exhaust system, changing the 02 censor, the PCV value and hose, cleaned the EACV and Fast Idle Valve, checked all vacuum hoses, and checked the antifreeze level. I have my mechanic and most other sites stumped. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the donation.

Did you check the EACV and fast idle valve coolant hoses and circuit for clogging?

Has the idling speed been adjusted correctly?

Was the factory adjusted throttle valve stopper screw tampered with?

This has nothing to do with the exhaust system, rather you should be checking for vacumn leakages at intake maniflod area.
