1992 Honda Accord fuse

The cigarette lighter is loose in my car and sparked. Now my lighter, power antenna, and dome light don't work. I can't find the fuse. I looked under the steering wheel where the fuses are and under the hood where there is another fuse block. Where is the blown fuse?

Check the underhood fuse panel fuse no. 11 10amp. it powers the Cig lighter -Is your stereo functioning? this fuse also powers it

For the antenna check fuse no.22 15amp in same fuse panel and also the power antenna relay within the antenna motor.
