1992 Honda Accord back wheels

I have a roaring in the rear and have been told you have to buy the complete spindle. You can't just packed the wheel bearings like other cars. Is this true? I need to know if this needs to be fixed right away or how long can I wait?

It is not a hard job to do. Maybe an hour to replace both sides. Waiting is up to you, but the roaring is a warning to get it fixed. The next sound you hear might be the wheel coming off. Don't procrastinate, fix it right away.
