Hello, my son has a 19 honda accord that just stopped and won't start. It will turn over like it wants to start but nothing. Im thinking it may be the fuel injection system or fuel pump. What are your thoughts. Thanks chuck

Check timing belt.
Check for spark (coil and or distributor very common to go bad).

If the timing belt is fine, then check for spark. If there is no spark, I would replace the ignition module (it is inside the distributor cap, under the rotor) it has two screws holding it there, and four wires attached to it.
Very easy to replace, costs about $100.00 at the parts store. Fixes the problem about 95% of the time.
I would not worry about the fuel pump just yet, they almost never go bad.
