Now the car will not turn over at all. No power at all. Since the positive and Negative or ground was switched, does that mean every part that was attached to the car is fried. I heard everything from Voltage Regulator, Alternator to the Starter Solenoid. I have found a wiring diagram online the chassis shows what power goes. But since they were switched doesn't it mean everything was fried that was not grounded? How do I fix the problem?

No, this doesn't mean everything has been damaged. The most common components that would be harmed in this event would be fuses, relays and usually rare, but sometimes even the main computer. Usually the main fuse blows, preventing damage to any other component. Replace this fuse, and inspect and replace other fuses, fuseable links and relays as needed.
