I know you cleaned the MAF, but I want you to unplug it though and see if the fuel trims come back towards normal running on a default strategy for the MAF sensor. Just make sure you shut the engine down first, then unplug the MAF and restart it, try at idle and then raising the rpm up, give the ECM a chance to try to relearn, I would even try resetting the adaptive and see what it does with the MAF unplugged, the reason is the calculated load % is determined by the MAF sensor, and at every rpm the calculated load is almost nothing, 15-16%, thats incorrect. So the ECM should default to a specific value with the MAF unplugged, If you see that calculated load change, it should go up, along with the injector pulse width change, we might be dealing with a skewed MAF.
