Hi,

It could be a few things. First, confirm the engine coolant is full. Also, take a look through this link and see if anything helps:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-heater-not-working

Next, try this and let me know the results. Allow the engine to warm up to operating temp with the heater on high. Once operating temp is reached, turn the engine off and carefully touch each of the two heater hoses where they attach near the firewall. Both should be hot.

If they are hot, then suspect a blend air door actuator isn't working. If the coolant is full and only one hose is hot, suspect the heater core is plugged.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe

Yeah, both heater hoses are hot. So blend door huh, could that cause my A/C not getting cold because it just blows warm air? And thank you again for all the help.

Hi,

The blend air door is what determines the air temp that enters the vehicle. It can affect both heat and A/C.

Here is a link that shows in general how one is replaced:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

The actuator is under the dash (near center). I attached a pic to help you locate it.

Let me know if this helps.
