Gets louder as you turn up to high setting. Heater works so does the air, but real loud noise. How can we fix this.

If the noise happens when you turn on the blower it may be bad. The bushing wear on these and squeal if that is the noise you are hearing. Or there may be something stuck in the cage of the blower. So take it out and look into heating unit if anything is hitting cage.

It is a inherited car from my parents and has been siting all winter and just got it out and now noise. It is a 2005 model, but only 3100miles on it. We think there is something in the cage, but how do we get to it. We don't have a manual to repair it. Please help in instructions if you can.
Thanks Paul Day

Youi'll have to take the bolts/screws out and drop blowerfrom hvac unit unfortunately our manual doesn't give much instructions so you'll have to see if anything is in the way. See pic
