Blower motor not working properly

Does not work when you step on the brakes it will work. Then as you are accelerating you lose the A/C or heat and blower only blows on high.

This sounds like the blower motor is bad. To be sure let's use this guide to check the power and grounds. Here is a guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car:

For the blower speed problem the resistor sounds like it needs to be replaced as well.
