After replacing the driver's side headlight, the headlights turn off and on, on their own

Changed out driver's side headlight now at night when I head home up in the hills both lights will just go off then they will come back on it's like that all the way. Now when they go off, they stay off a little longer before coming back on. Any suggestions?

Hi,

It sounds like the switch itself has failed. What I need you to do is check the switch itself. Remove the switch and follow the directions below. Here is a link you may find helpful:
