Right low beam bulb does not work when vehicle is running. Light works when battery is turned on and will come on when I hold two window controls down. I replaced the bulb and all fusses appear to be okay. Where should I start trouble shooting? Is it worth my time to try and DIY?

Verify that you have 12 volts at the headlight connector on the dark green with orange wire and good ground at the black wire. Two things possible is that you have a faulty smart junction box or a bad ground for that bulb and by operating the window switches it is finding ground through the smart junction box. These are the basic things that you can check, a shop or dealer can look further by monitoring with a scan tool but hopefully you can find a quick and easy resolution. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
