Overheats after ten minutes of driving

I changed my radiator and replaced my oil pan because it had a big crack. Now the car overheats after ten minutes driving, My mechanic says it's a blown head gasket. I put some Kseal in it but it still overheats. What can I do now?

First, we need to confirm it is the head gasket. Here is a link that shows how it is done:

Follow that link and let me know the results. Also, was the thermostat replaced? If not, here is a link that shows in general how one is replaced:

I am not familiar with Kseal. Is that something that is added to the cooling system? Is there any chance it could have plugged things?

I do have another question. Does it overheat when driving at highway speeds or only in stop and go traffic? If only in traffic, is the cooling fan coming on?
