I have a overheating problem, new thermostat and water pump, hoses are not collapsed I do need a new radiator cap. Im not getting any heat in side car and the fans on the radiator are by passed going to a togel switch. There is no water in the oil and I dont believe it is a head gasket problem. Since the fans are running off a togel switch could there be a sensor thats not working causing the car to over heat

Sounds more like a heater core issue than a switch. Whoever wired up the toggle switch to fans probably did it so that they can leave the fans on to compensate for the overheating. May want to first check the radiator fan temp. Switch though, it is located in the lower radiator tank. Also check relays
