The first thing that happened to it is that it doesn't start and now it starts and off what is the error there.

It sounds like the security system is enabled. Can I ask if the security light is flashing when you try to crank the engine over? If so, this guide can help us reset the system:

If the light is not flashing you can have a dirty throttle actuator, here is a generic guide to help with that and specific instructions in the diagrams below for your car:

I noticed it has been a couple of days since you have been contacted. Have you been able to make any progress? I'm interested in knowing.
As far as your last question is concerned, the security can't be disconnected. It is programmed into different modules.
