Car was fine. I stopped at a store, got back in and car wouldn't start. It has a green flashing key. Please help! It is my only transportation.

A flashing key indicates an incorrect key has been inserted. I understand this is your only vehicle but do you have another key that you can try?
If another key that is programmed to this vehicle does not work either, then I imagine the receiver unit is the issue.
We need to check for codes or count the number of flashes the key is flashing. It should flash a certain number and then pause and flash again.
