On the freeway I was trying to keep up with traffic but noticed my car was not letting me go past 60 and then I looked, and I noticed it started to get hot. So, I pulled over turn the engine off then it would not start for me. So, I had to get towed to the nearest gas station I put gas in it and it still wouldn't start. I got a new battery still didn't get it to start it turns over it doesn't start.

So, when you are cranking the engine over does it sound normal? If you have overheated the engine severely it can ruin it. If you can upload a short video of the engine cranking over, I can tell for sure if the engine is hurt or not. In the meantime, turn the key on without cranking the engine over to see if you can hear if the fuel pump is running inside the fuel tank for about 5 seconds. If not, the fuel pump could have gone out. If so, you could have a crankshaft angle sensor that has failed. We need to run a couple of easy tests to see which system has failed, either fuel delivery or spark from the ignition system.
