95 Yukon heat blender

95 gmc yukon, 240kmiles, only blows lukewarm air. Heater core gets hot, both hoses goign back into cabin hot. Is there a way to manually control the blend door?

But fan is inside cabin, covered by a rubber boot, blocked by dash and ECM. I hope there is a better way
