Blend door actuator

If the sir conditioner is not blowing cold air all the time and sometimes only on passenger side which blend door actuator should I fix first?

On a GM product that symptom is very often incorrect refrigerant charge. I would advise having it evacuated and recharged with the specific weight of refrigerant.

You can easily rule out blend doors by simply pinching off one of the heater hoses for testing.
