New or remanufactured engine?

1998 Chevrolet Z-71 pickup w/ 181,000 miles on it. Found antifreeze and water in oil, gaskets and everything shot. Would you go with a new engine or a remanufactured engine?

Only new. They have OEM replacement crate engines for a good price.
