95 Z28 with oil in cooling system

After finding oil in the raditator and constant overheating, I had the 350 engine re-built and the problem still exists. How can engine oil get in the radiator if there is no cracked block or head gasket problems?

Does the car have an engine oil cooler in the radiator? sometimes they leak internally.

They put in a new radiator when they did the engine work, so hopefully that's not what I find. Thanks for your reply.
