94 gmc jimmy 4.3 liter 110.000 miles it runs fine till I shut it off then I try to start it it hit one time then just drags untill I spray starting fliud then it runs fine I got a new fuel pump it set for 18 months

Does it have the CPI or TBI -might want to replace the fuel filter then check fuel pressure.
