Car won't start, wants to turn over, but won't, don't hear the fuel pump come on when I try to start it, could it be the fuel pump or filter?

Check the fuel pump fuse/fuel pump relay-if okay you have a problem with the computer's fuel pump relay driver-

Or try this-power the gray wire at the fuel pump connector from the battery-did it come On if so check items mentioned earlier and also check the fuel pressure
