the truck wont start. Sometimes it will and runs great when it does.

Welcome to the forum. When the problem occurs, are you saying, it cranks good but won't start or it won't even crank? How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. You need to do the testing when the problem occurs.

Yeah it cranks fine just wont start.I thought it might be fuel related. It actually just started.

Yeah, intermittent problems can be tough, that's why you need to test when the problem is ongoing.
