WOULD NOT START WITHOUT STARTING FLUID AND NOW WONT STAY STARTED AT ALL. GOOD SPARK, FUEL PUMP IS PUMPING, PRESSURE UNKNOWN [SHOULD BE 65 PSI, I THINK] PRY TO QUITING ALL TOGETHER, IT MISSED OR STALLED ALOT. CAP AND ROTOR, HALF THE PLUGS WIRES, CSP SENSOR AND FUEL FILTER WERE ALL REPLACED

Did it stay running after you got it started with starter fluid? Did you check for spark? Will it now only run on starter fluid?

Last week it started and ran fine after starting it with starting fluid. Only needed to use starting fluid on the first start of the day, started ok after that[unless it sat longer than 6 or7 hours, then it needed help again] then the last 2 days it needed help getting started every time, now it only fires when starting fluid is used, but wont stay started/runnig. Spark was good when checked 2 weeks ago

Ok your problem is definitely fuel pump related. Even though you have 60 psi, there is not enough fuel volume. When you replaced the pump did you replace the pulsator(the rubber connector the pump pushed into? If not thats your p[roblem. Also check the gray wire and black wire for signs or melting if not replace the pump again. Make sure to use ac delco fuel pump. Tons of problems with the aftermarket pumps.

Delco pumps come with a piece of rubber line to eliminate the pulse dampener. It caused more problems that it helped.
