I crank the engine over, and it has power and is turning over but will not catch to start. What should I do?

I had a neighbor come over to help and he says that I am getting a spark. He checked the plugs to make sure they were all pushed in, and they were. Everything looks like it's connected, there are no leaks or anything. He said it might be the fuel pump. Does that sound about right?

I honestly have no clue. I noticed just now when I tried to start it that the oil pressure gauge has no reading whatsoever.
I don't even know how to check the fuel pressure. Sorry, I'm a girl that doesn't know as much about cars as I thought I did. :(

Thank you for your help, but I couldn't get anyone here in person to help me, so I ended up having it towed in to a shop by me. It was the fuel pump, and is now fixed.
