ok the problem is that one the key to the truck is stuck in the ignition and the truck is stuck on the on mode and for some reason the windows do not go up or down i have no windshild wiperes now, the radio is gone . but its not the battery you can still drive it . what can i do to fix it or what is really wrong with it. i mean you cant even shut the truck off please help

It sounds like the tumbler is either bad or the actual ignition switch is bad. If the car starts and runs but you have limited use of electrical components, I would bet the actual ignition switch is going or has gone bad. That is what I would check first.
