2005 GMC Envoy pulsing headliights

When I am driving the vehicle I notice that the headlights go bright and dim. The amp gauge goes to the discharge side when the lights go dim. I have had it to GMC and they put in a new light switch, that didnt work. Ive taken it to other repair shops and every thing seems to check out. Battery, alternater, they cant find a problem.

If you boughtthe extended warranty take it to the dealer as this should still be covered. I am just taking a guess here, but it sounds like you may have a wire that grounds out and causes a short. Your amp guage going to discharge shows ths or the alternator is shorting and causing this as well. Maybe cleaning the battery cables at the battery and the gound on the body may take care of this.
