I was replacing a bad bearing hub assembly and noticed some extra play in the driver side tie rod.
It looks to me like the bushing has gone bad, that is where the play is. How much of a job is it to replace the bushing or is a complete part with the tie rod?
any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

The Tie rod end is a replacement item it is not repairable, it will screw of the steering arm when disconnected from the steering knuckle and the lock nut is backed off, count the turns to remove and fit the new end the same turns on, use a new split pin and get an alignment check done.
