1998 GMC C1500 Truck wont start?

1 month ago my truck started having sluggish starts. Eventually it would turn over and run fine with normal accelerationbut if I really put my foot down it would not go. Just sort of sputter no back fire. And there is no code or engine light. Yesterday it would not crank at all. It turns over but just wont crank. I have recently put a new fuel pump and filter on, new plugs and wires and new buttons and distributer cap. Put fuel straight in and it tured over so I've got fire, still wont stay cranked. Any suggestins?

Check the actual fuel pressure with a fuel pressure and also injection pulses while cranking

Checked the pressure last week and it was 27 psi! It needs around 70. Wow. I will never use Airtex parts again? They must be cheap? Anyone had any problems with them? Got a Bosch and it is running like a champ!
