1989 GMC C1500 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When I turn on my lights the the right headlights are dim and the right blinker doesn't work ( on the dash it lights up a light green). When I turn my park lights on and my headlight off the blinker works, but is much faster than the left blinker. When I turn the lights on bright the right side is dim, but on the left side the high beam is bright and the low beam is dim.
the amp meter in the dash does not move when the lights are on, but when the left blinker is on ( the one that seems the right speed) the gague mover with the flash. When I turn on the right blinker ( the one that movers faster) there appears to be more of a draw on the system. The battery Has not run down are seemed sluggish in anyway.

Start basic and check all of the bulbs that dont work, and check all of the turn signal bulbs. Fast turn signals are usually a sign of a bad bulb on that side of the vehicle. Check the high beam bulb that doesnt work as well, those trucks shut down low beam when high is selected, someone may have put a low beam bulb in the wrong place is why it is dim. Do brake lights work? Running lights?
