tail lightand headlight problems in 1994 pontic grand am

[color=red:b8b574b7e5][/color:b8b574b7e5][color=darkblue:b8b574b7e5][/color:b8b574b7e5]Having problems with lights on 1994 pontiac grand am aprox 150000 miliage.headlights won,t go from bright to dim and now both tail lights do not work but brakes lights are fine.Do not know where to check for fuses or dwire problems.Any Ideas? this is my daughters college car so she is on a budget.

Hate to be so simple, but did you check to make sure the bulbs aren't burned out?
