II took my car to get flushed two weeks later it started to get hot and I needed to put water in the radiator every two days or so. Then all of a sudden, my air conditioner stopped working and steam started to come up on my window and the water started to shoot out from the bottom so apartment at the house the water just started coming out from the radiator. I took it back to the place like a week later, but I didn't drive it until they told me to bring it in. They said they fixed it, but driving it back still got hot and overheated, I can't afford a mechanic and I'm praying it's not my motor because it's not knocking it's been parked. What do you think it is? Maybe it's my coolant? Maybe it's my coolant temperature? Maybe it needs a radiator, and maybe a water pump or maybe a hoses? Should I just replace all those? Need help please. I can try and do it on my own by looking at some videos. I really need my car fixed to get around.

Hello,

First of all, what did the shop tell you that they fixed? Did they give you any type of report or invoice?
Knowing that information can help us determine what might be the cause.

Generally speaking, an engine can overheat due to a stuck closed thermostat, bad radiator, faulty water pump, inoperative cooling fan, clog in the cooling system. It can also overheat due to being low on coolant.

Is it leaking coolant out of one of the hoses?

Take a look at this article, it might provide you with some insight:

This provides what to look for on each typical overheating reasons.

When the vehicle runs, does it produce any smoke out of the tailpipe?
If it has excessive white smoke, it could be a sign on a blow head gasket due to overheating.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

No, they just said that they fixed it, what they fixed never said anything, and no invoice and no charge, because my air conditioner has a warranty, and the flush they did had 30 days, so I have no idea sorry.

It would have been easier if they had mentioned any issues.

Best course of action would be to take a look at all the typical issues.
Like check and see if the cooling fan is turning on.
If you have a stuck closed thermostat then you will have noticeable temperature different between the upper and lower hose.
Got thru this guide, it has many tips and tricks to figure out the issue:

Let me know what you find.
