2 problems. Engine runs rough from the time you start it until you get where you are going and shut it off. Will idle part of the time but not all the time, when it does it is very rough.

how hard is it to replace the front main seal. It is losing oil a quart of oil every 100 miles or less.

Start with a tune up on problem 1.

Front seal, you have to remove the timing belt cover, timing belt, balancer, lower belt cog.

Pry old seal out, put new one in. Be carefull not to kink seal lip. Use socket same diameter as seal to drive in.
