The gears will lock up and I cannot shift into any gear?

Okay. Update for the sticking shifter" issue.

I've been driving the car more frequently (still shorter distances) and hadn't had any real trouble with the shifter. Until just now. Was at a traffic light and it locked In neutral. I managed to get to second gear, then pulled over to sit for few minutes, and it stalled on me! Will try again and let you know.
