More then likely the cluster itself is the issue however, we need to start with checking for codes. Here is a guide that will help with this if you have a scan tool. If you don't a parts store can pull them free of charge. Just make sure you write down two things. First the code and then what module it came out of. For example, it will say the PCM PXXXX. These types of issues it is really important to know what module the code came out of because each module can throw the same code so that can make a difference as to what the issue is.
