Fuel System Wiring Diagrams Please?

Truck would crank but not start, checked relays, changed the inertia switch and connector and changed the fuel pump and still no start. I have tested the current with a light tester and it shows no current in the fuel pump or the inertia switch yet when key is turned to on position fuel gauge appropriately marks full tank.

So, the fuel pump relay gets its power from the main PCM relay and fuse #23 in the main fuse panel under the hood. Here is the location of the relay and fuse so you can check it out and I have included the engine and fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
