Where is the fuel pump relay located?

Trying to get my daughters car running. Determined the fuel pump was bad. Also determined there is no power to the pump, I think.
When key is on, there is no power to the pump.
I am thinking the relay is bad.

If you have no power to the pump then we need to trace it back to the relay which is under the center console.

However, this relay is feed by the MFI IGN relay. So when the ECM grounds this relay it sends power to the fuel pump relay. Then the ECM grounds the fuel pump relay which sends power to the pump.
