What tests led you to the fuel pump? If you just made a guess, that should be the last thing on the list.
Have you checked for spark, and have you had the diagnostic fault codes read and recorded?
So we're clear, "cranking" and "turning over" are the same thing. Does it or doesn't it?

I'm going to assume the engine cranks but won't run. There is a relay that turns on the fuel pump, but it also turns on the ignition system. Do you have spark?

Remove a spark plug wire from one spark plug, insert a screwdriver blade into the end of the wire, hold the blade close to a metal part on the engine, with a gap of about 1/4". Have a helper crank the engine and watch if multiple sparks jump from the screwdriver to the engine. If there is no spark, you don't have a fuel pump problem.
